Valentin Bărbulescu is a Romanian business coach who provides coaching services to coaches and consultants. His coaching empowers the other coaches and consultants to opt for effective coaching methods, improve their business outcomes and give transformational business services to their clients.
Valentin was born in the countryside, where he struggled with poor household issues. His grandma’s retirement money funded his schooling because both his parents were already working so hard to run the kitchen. To become a priest, Valentin attended a theological school to become a priest and realized this is not where his heart is. The inherent fear of having a failed marriage or becoming a difficult partner led Valentin to the path of studying psychology, learn the depth of seduction and understand the dynamics of social behaviors.
After finishing university with a psychology major, Valentin learned and experienced many things in terms of social dynamics, coaching, and training people to change and transform their lives. He became a certified coach, NLP Practitioner, and NLP Master. Valentin also finished many training sessions in public speaking and performance communication. It was time to bring his learning into the practical world, and he decided to become a dating coach. As a dating coach, Valentin developed a vast dating community with 100,000+ people and transformed their lives through his improvising advice and transformation methods. He attended many live and online events and helped many people.
As a dating coach for five years, Valentin identified the loopholes and missing factors in the coaching world and decided to change his business into business coaching. This was a massive transformation, and he had faced hardships of losing his friends, family, self-confidence, and all the emotional support he had. But Valentin did not lose hope. He was adamant about reaching his goal of mentoring business coaches and improving their lives, and help coaches to avoid making the same mistakes he made.
Valentin went through many business and personal transitions to achieve what he has today. After facing initial hardships, his coaching business is booming now. He has goals to coach 1000+ coaches and consultants from Romania. He aims to change the mindset of this country as much as he can from his services.
