David Cinelli was not always sure of pursuing this career path. From the young age of 13, he became involved in multiple kinds of odd jobs in different fields like retail, construction, manufacturing and coaching hockey. His father started buying real estate as passive income at the age of 20 to supplement his day job as a hair stylist and was hooked! He strived to earn enough to provide a better life for his wife and family. David Cinelli went to a private school, got a hockey scholarship at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and, before starting full-time work, he also got a MBA degree.
In 2006, he started his first full-time job at Toronto Hydro where he realised how much of what he earned was given to the government for taxes. After reading numerous investment books, he discovered that selling rental properties was one of the best forms of passive income to mitigate the amount of money that is spent on taxes. With the help of his father, the perfect mentor for this job, he started to accumulate rental properties in Toronto. Eventually, he realized that his true love and passion lies in real estate which drove him to reach his highest potential as a real estate broker.
Moreover, David’s background in math, marketing strategies, innovative technologies, strong internet presence and consistent performance has made him Toronot’s most sought after real estate agent. He works with Royal LePage, where there is an annual awards and recognition program for appreciation of the performance by realtors. David won the Red Diamond Award thrice, along with the Director’s Platinum Award and President’s Gold Award. He is in the top 1% in Toronto Real Estate Board and the top 2% of Royal LePage realtors across all of Canada. However, this year he set the goal to be included in the top 1% of Royal LePage agents.
