Real estate is a challenging industry, and entering the market as a beginner with no connections can be scary, but not for Kendra; she had Jesus and self-confidence to succeed in the field.
Initially, Kendra suffered from terminations of homes, deals getting off, and financial issues, but Kendra learned to grow and develop her professional skills with every failure. She grabbed opportunities when they came to her, and by God’s Grace, she overcame every challenge with a positive outlook. Kendra also founded a real estate firm, Kendra Conyers & Associates, to create her own industry success pathway.
Instead of following the conventional strategies, Kendra developed her own branding strategies and lead gen techniques to manage her business. By applying her education in professional counseling in client dealing, she became an influential figure in real estate, winning #1 Producer of the year in real estate sales volume.
As a successful person, Kendra finds it her responsibility to share how she overcame the crisis in life and business. She aims to become a motivational speaker and host annual women’s empowerment conferences. Kendra has already created a community of women ‘She Became Women’s Ministry,’ with 1,400 women members. Through this ministry, she plans to expand her reach on a national scale as an influencer and real estate broker.
