Ever since Mitch Durfee was a little kid, he has always imagined himself walking into an office building in a skyscraper going from floor to floor while helping other business owners with their companies.
Over the years, Mitch has been able to start several businesses from the ground up and has scaled them to the 7 figure mark. One of these companies was a moving company that he was able to grow into 4 states and was also voted the title of “best moving company of the year” in two states, for two consecutive years, before he eventually sold it. Along with that, Mitch has also co-founded Online Startup Box, a startup company for businesses to reach premium clients through digital marketing. Thus, now with more than 5 years of experience in strategic business coaching and after training 14,000 plus business owners, the entrepreneur is an expert at coaching small business owners.
Mitch aims to work with small businesses so that they can quickly identify the core issues holding them back, and as a result, get hold of a new strategy that would help them move forward. Through his one-on-one coaching sessions, he helps business owners gather the different opportunities for growth, after which he personally works on an actionable plan that would maximize the potential of their business. As a result, lately, Mitch has recently grown an ecom business from 0 to $6mm in sales through his unique tools and strategies.
However, along his successful journey, Mitch did come across many business ideas that he thought were going to be a massive success, but for one reason or another they did not end up working out. He feels that the hardest decision as an entrepreneur is moving on from a business when things are not going the way it was planned. Through his experience, Mitch has concluded that there is a very fine line between holding on, never giving up, staying persistent, and realizing the concept that everything might not always reach the level of success as expected. Therefore, he believes that even when a business fails, there are many lessons that can be learned and ultimately be applied to the success of another business.
