Here Is How Yoga Instructor and Author Adriana Lee Empowers People through Yoga

Whether it’s our life experiences or the realization that ups and downs are a part of life, everything in life teaches us one thing or another. However, instead of giving in, people like Adriana Lee take their setbacks as an opportunity to achieve great things. At her lowest, going through a divorce and the trauma of being in a toxic marriage, she found her escape in yoga and decided to pursue it as a career. With her love for art, she decided to give life a second chance and also to help others through yoga.

Adriana is passionate about sharing her love for yoga with others, so her yoga classes are a perfect place for anyone who wants to feel better and healthier. She believes that yoga enables positive thinking in people and changes their perspectives. Solstice Yoga, a yoga school and virtual yoga studio partially owned by Adriana, has 200-hour and 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training programs, both in person and online, making it easier for people to join from any part of the world.

Yoga improves body flexibility and helps one adopt a healthy lifestyle. Simply put, it introduces one to a better version of oneself. Well aware of this fact, Adriana makes people realize their body’s potential and motivates them to work on themselves through her yoga classes. She also firmly believes that yoga can bring emotional stability and heal a person going through any emotional crisis.

Being a strong woman, Adriana never let her failures bring her down. She understands that as a human, it is normal to make mistakes and face challenges but what matters is how you overcome them. She tries to help and empower others with whatever she has learned through her experiences and how yoga plays a significant role in her healing. She also tells her clients to be patient and consistent with their progress. 

Her fondness for music and writing has led Adriana to launch her first book, “Yoga for flexibility,” which has a detailed account of how you can incorporate more stretching into your life. Since it contained her first-hand experiences and tried and tested yoga techniques, Adriana’s first book was a success and received positive feedback from people.

As a yoga instructor and content creator, Adriana understands her responsibility. She is conscious about what she is writing, teaching, and sharing on social media, and the effect it will have on people. However, her main goal has always been to empower and motivate people and she is well on her way to achieving it.
