In the current market, women-owned enterprises remain a bright spot. According to the Center for Women’s Business Research, female entrepreneurs contribute $2.3 trillion to the American economy and employ more than 18 million people. There are numerous instances of successful women in business in the recent era, so you don’t have to look far to locate genuinely inspirational female entrepreneurs who have found their true calling and serve as role models for others.
While each entrepreneur provides varying degrees of hardship and success, entertainer, creative director, executive producer, and businesswoman Kristen Terry’s life story and aims are bound to awestruck you.
Currently studying for the Bar to become an attorney to add value, leverage, and longevity to her consulting firm, Kristen can easily be called a creative overachiever. At present, she owns three businesses: Touring Overseas Live Productions, Consulting Firm, and a small Sports Recovery clinic. It won’t be an understatement to say that she loves to accomplish, help people, and acquire new businesses constantly.
TerryFit Recovery, Kristen’s first business venture, was founded in 2015 after she sustained many injuries while traveling with her international live show. Her prior athletic injuries as a stunt woman in movies and years as a professional dancer inspired her to learn the healing arts while rehabilitating her own body. Rather than taking another contract overseas, Kristen decided to use her experience in business and the body in the United States. TerryFit Recovery’s target audience is mainly professional athletes but it also treats regular people. These treatments are also provided in collaboration with a physical therapy clinic.
Kristen’s other firm, Terry Consultants, an outgrowth of TerryFit Recovery, was founded during COVID-19. Terry Consultants’ mission is to assist those going through the difficult accident moment in their lives. We sincerely hope Kristen and her endeavors are soon recognized for all of their successes.
Since Kristen has spent most of her life in the arts and entertainment as the talented businesswoman to create a corporate business, anything she touches is bound to have a creative touch from her years in entertainment.
Kristen is a true believer in financial independence irrespective of one’s gender. She has long-term plans to achieve a happy, healthy life with cash flow, optimistic businesses running on auto-pilot and helping people, and continuing to create live productions to feed her creative side.
She also hopes to inspire other women to strive for greatness and truly tap into their fullest potential.
In Kristen’s own words,” I do not see failures anywhere in my life. I like to call them opportunities to grow. If I have fallen eight times, I have gotten up nine.” A genuinely motivating thought to live by!
