Taylor Parrino is a licensed real estate agent with Premier Elite Realty. Since she loves helping others find the home of their dreams her focus is primarily on luxury waterfront properties and condos in South Florida.
Growing up, Taylor got the chance to live in an ideal setting with an amazing family. Her home was situated at a perfect destination, where she had access to alluring beaches from the east side and got the view of fascinating farmland from the west side. And since both of these places were 10 minutes away from her house, she could easily spend time there. Thus, inspired by her own childhood, Taylor wished to give this experience to everyone struggling to look for the perfect home. As a consequence, the passionate young woman eventually decided to pursue a career in the real estate industry.
While Taylor would always work hard for her goals, her parents instilled a “work hard but work smarter” mindset in her from a young age. Therefore, whatever she did was always different from the conventional methods. As Taylor was always trying out new methods, and thinking out of the box, she kept experimenting with different techniques of working as a real estate agent. But once she got her New Jersey real estate license, she realized that working in the industry won’t be as easy as she thought it would. Consequently, knowing what was ahead of her, Taylor pushed back all of her fears and started pursuing her passion. While doing so, she set some ground rules for herself that included being 100% honest in every deal, doing everything possible to satisfy her clients, keeping her clients as her top priority, and most importantly, consistently working hard every single day without backing out due to any setback. As a result, this approach opened new doors for Taylor as she slowly and steadily started making her way up in the industry.
Today, as Taylor inspires future real estate agents with her “work hard, but work smarter” approach, she hopes to keep on growing her network in the industry along with building strong, lasting relationships with others.
